




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for technical support to manage the full service alert lifecycle, coordinate materials, handle inventory, billing, and onboarding of references. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end comprehensive management of service alerts. 2. Collaboration in supervising repairs and inventory control. 3. Billing control, tracking of unpaid invoices, and customer onboarding. We seek an administratively experienced candidate to provide technical support. Key responsibilities include end-to-end management of service alerts—from opening to closure—including coordination and tracking of materials for repairs, as well as oversight of related procurement activities. You will play a key role in supervising off-site repairs, ensuring adherence to deadlines. You will also be responsible for the technicians’ annual inventory and for resolving queries regarding service interventions, providing clear information. You will manage the dispatch of quotations and order tracking. Additionally, you will oversee service billing and track unpaid invoices. You will onboard new references and customers into the systems. You will collaborate with the call center in managing contact centers. Finally, you will maintain and update the master instrument file. Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration or a related field. 3–5 years of prior administrative experience is required, preferably with a focus on technical support. Advanced proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Excel and Word, is mandatory. Familiarity with SAP is required. Knowledge of PowerPoint is considered a plus.
