CNC Machining Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC lathe operator to perform production, maintenance, and quality control tasks, ensuring compliance with protocols. Key Highlights: 1. CNC lathe operation and correction 2. First-level machinery maintenance 3. Inspection of parts using metrology instruments ### **Responsibilities** * Operate CNC lathes * Report the status of shift production tasks to the shift supervisor * Perform corrections on the CNC lathe * Perform first-level machinery maintenance * Conduct in-process, first-piece, and last-piece inspections using metrology instruments (gauges, micrometers, calipers, projectors, etc.) * Comply with departmental work protocols * Follow instructions from the shift supervisor * Comply with company safety and health protocols * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation ### **Minimum Requirements** * Ability to interpret engineering drawings * Prior experience operating sliding-headstock lathes with FANUC controls is preferred: STAR SR\-20J type C (FANUC SERIES 31i\-MODEL B), STAR SV\-20 (FANUC SERIES 16i\-TB), STAR SB\-16II type E (FANUC SERIES * Prior experience with metrology equipment is preferred: Vicivision MTL X5 and Garant MM1 200 video projector Commitment to Equality: Ziacom Group values equal opportunity and promotes diversity within its workforce, welcoming qualified personnel based on impartiality and non-discrimination, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, beliefs, age, marital status, disability, or other characteristics.
