Keep reading… Once you join our team, you will carry out the following **responsibilities**: * Conduct established quality inspections, ensuring compliance with defined standards. * Plan, execute, and implement complaint control and design improvement actions. * Handle customer complaints and propose solutions to identified issues. * Support training programs. * Design and implement processes and procedures. * Other duties associated with the position. **What do you need to perform this role?** * Availability to work various shifts (morning or afternoon). * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A Master’s degree in the food industry is recommended. * Formal training in BRCGS V9, Allergens, and Good Manufacturing Practices will be highly valued. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
