Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Project Manager to collaborate with a client in the technology services sector, managing ICT development projects and coordinating teams. Key Highlights: 1. Works with cutting-edge technologies in dynamic environments. **Description:** ---------------- Digital Group is looking for an **IT Project Manager** to join our team and collaborate with one of our clients in the technology services sector. **Conditions:** * Contract: Permanent * Location: Madrid * Work modality: Remote work allowed * Schedule: Full-time * Salary: Negotiable based on experience. * **Mandatory Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a scientific field. * 10 years of professional experience. * 5 years of experience in IT project management or Project Management Offices (PMO). * Certification: PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or ITIL. * Experience in at least 3 of the following areas: * ICT development project management. * Coordination of programs/projects/services. * Team management. * Risk management. * High-level client interaction. * Experience with at least 4 of these tools: * Project planning software. * Risk management tools. * Reporting and dashboards. * Collaborative tools. * Document management systems. * Demonstrable experience in at least 2 of the following domains: * Software project management in complex environments. * Technical and managerial documentation writing. * Agile and traditional methodologies. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in projects within the Justice sector. * Knowledge of support registers and interoperability mechanisms. * Familiarity with intelligent processing models (AI and automation). * Experience with enabling services (digital signature, signing portals, CSV, document management). * ITIL v3 certification. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Permanent contract or Freelance contract option * 22 working days of vacation * Flexible compensation plan: Health insurance, childcare vouchers, transportation vouchers * Training in Technology and Soft Skills * Referral program: €500 for each recommended candidate who joins us **Digital Group** We are a technology consulting firm headquartered in Madrid, specializing in IT staff augmentation, recruitment, and Talent-as-a-Service models, with a focus on major system integrators and companies in the financial and digital sectors.
