Summary: Support the definition and implementation of the target IT architecture for deploying and segmenting physical security systems across sites. Highlights: 1. CET time zone **Work mode:** Remote, with occasional travel if necessary **Start date:** April 1st **Duration:** 8 months **Possibility of extension:** To be determined **Language:** English Project Summary Support the definition and implementation of the target IT architecture enabling deployment and segmentation of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection) across industrial and corporate sites. This project is part of a global security transformation program aimed at replacing legacy systems, harmonizing multiple security platforms, and aligning physical security, digital infrastructure, and cybersecurity within a unified operational model. Objectives and Deliverables **Key responsibilities and activities:** Define the central IT architecture model for security systems (network, servers, hosting, segmentation) Conduct IT/network readiness assessments and technical audits across all sites Design secure integration of CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems into the enterprise infrastructure **Establish standards for:** Network segmentation Hosting models Connectivity Cybersecurity compliance Collaborate closely with local network, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT teams Identify dependencies related to TSA/legacy environments and propose mitigation plans Produce reference architectures, guidelines, and technical standards Support the global deployment strategy **Candidate Profile:** Mandatory requirements 7 to 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Network Architecture or Systems Engineering Strong experience in enterprise network environments Proficiency in integrating IP-based security systems—such as video surveillance (CCTV), access control systems (ACS), and intrusion detection systems (IDS)—into corporate networks Knowledge of servers and virtualization environments Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals Experience conducting IT/network readiness assessments and technical audits Ability to produce architectural documentation and define technical standards Desirable skills (Nice to Have) Experience in industrial or multi-site environments Exposure to industrial environments / OT (Operational Technology) Knowledge of physical security systems Prior experience in designing and operating Security Operations Centers (SOCs) Familiarity with HSE / on-site safety standards Required skills
