**What are we looking for?**
We are seeking a **Process Engineer** to join our **Logistics team** at our **Valdemoro plant** in Madrid. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for planning resources and implementing continuous improvement of plant processes to meet customer needs while minimizing associated costs.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Analyze KPIs and information provided by the department to review and optimize processes and resources.
* Estimate required resources for improvement and participate in defining various milestones to optimize processes.
* Prepare necessary documentation to present the project (e.g., scope document, project schedule, etc.).
* Implement and monitor defined actions for creating or improving products, processes, or systems.
* Communicate modifications to the Quality department for updating associated quality system documentation.
* Prepare quotations for tasks not included in the specifications, calculating the cost of required resources, upon customer request or internal operational need.
* Collaborate with external customers in defining new processes, incident analysis, etc.
* Collaborate with internal departments in analyzing and resolving incidents.
**What requirements must you meet?**
* University degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum three years’ experience in process engineering, logistics projects, industry, or automotive sectors.
* Experience in launching or implementing new projects and operational processes.
* Knowledge of layout design and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools.
* Experience in methods and time studies, resource sizing, material flow analysis, and capacity analysis.
* Advanced Excel skills for data processing and analysis, model development, formula creation, and pivot tables.
