Your Role at Iberia: Investigation of technical operational safety events in the CAMO and Part 145 Line Maintenance areas to propose mitigating measures and produce final reports. To do so, you will interact with all relevant internal departments as well as with aircraft manufacturers. Your Challenges: * Manage operational safety notifications received via the occurrence reporting system, register them in the database, and track their resolution. * Conduct investigations into operational safety events. * Identify hazards and assess and mitigate operational safety risks in the CAMO and Part 145 Line Maintenance areas. * Observe and measure performance in the following areas: + Safety + Change management + Promotion of operational safety + Continuous improvement + Operational safety communication, etc. * Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to support comprehensive visibility and better decision-making. * Attend weekly and monthly meetings with various departments to review and monitor all occurrences. * Coordinate and communicate with organizational departments on topics related to operational safety, initiatives, new procedures, etc. Your Qualifications: * Aeronautical Engineer. * Advanced English (B2 level or TOEIC score of 785). * Experience in CAMO and/or Maintenance areas. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of applicable regulations, manuals, and procedures. * Knowledge of aircraft and engine systems. Training on A350, A330, and A320CEO/NEO is desirable. * Data analysis skills. * Advanced proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office tools. * Basic knowledge of databases and Power BI.
