What are we looking for in you? 2–3 years of hands-on Appian development experience, especially in implementation projects. Appian Developer certification (mandatory). Valid academic background in Engineering or equivalent Higher Education degree. Strong analytical skills, development capability, and full commitment to quality. We do not value maintenance experience. Candidates failing to meet the requirements strictly (education, experience, and certification) will not be considered.
