Our core values — collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust — guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** Minimum 7\-10 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in: * Backend development with .NET (Core / 6\+ / 8\), C\#, and REST API design. * Data access experience using Entity Framework and efficient database management. * Experience with Dynamics 365 (especially CRM), including plugin and workflow development, Custom APIs, and integration with Power Platform. * Knowledge of Business Central, AL language development, extension creation, and functional\-technical customization. * System integration experience via APIs, messaging, connectors, and handling JSON / XML formats. * Practical knowledge of Azure Cloud environments and integration services. * Ability to engage with clients, gather functional requirements, and maintain business-oriented vision. * Experience optimizing, developing, and maintaining CRM tools based on Dynamics. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Backend Development:** Design and develop scalable, efficient backend solutions with .NET and C\#, building REST APIs. * **Data Management:** Implement data access solutions using Entity Framework, ensuring performance and quality. * **Dynamics 365 Development:** Customize and enhance CRM functionality through plugins, workflows, Custom APIs, and Power Platform integrations. * **Business Central:** Develop AL-based extensions and adapt the solution to meet business functional requirements. * **System Integration:** Design and implement integrations using APIs, connectors, and middleware, working with JSON and XML. * **Cloud and Azure:** Support implementation of Azure-based solutions, especially integration services. * **Client Engagement:** Gather requirements, understand business needs, and propose technically aligned solutions. * **CRM Optimization:** Improve performance, evolution, and maintenance of Dynamics CRM. **And with us, you’ll enjoy:** Indefinite Contract **100% REMOTE** Internal training and access to certifications.
