For new projects, we require a **QUALITY AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (PRL) TECHNICIAN** in **Madrid.** **Responsibilities**: * Development and implementation of Quality Plans and Inspection Point Programs (PPIs), ensuring compliance throughout project execution. * Monitoring proper implementation of Quality Plans and Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) procedures, guaranteeing compliance with legal and contractual requirements. * Conducting internal audits to verify the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and compliance with PRL procedures. * Control and management of quality and prevention documentation (PPIs, inspection documentation, quality records, permits, and preventive documentation). * Planning, coordination, and monitoring of quality control inspections and tests on-site, as well as safety inspections to verify compliance with preventive measures. * Management, analysis, and tracking of non-conformities, incidents, and corrective actions arising from inspections, audits, and quality and safety controls. * Identification, assessment, and monitoring of occupational hazards, proposing and implementing preventive and corrective measures to ensure safe working conditions. * Participation in customer and external body audits, providing required documentation and evidence related to Quality and Occupational Health and Safety (PRL). * Verification of compliance with the project’s Test Plan and established quality requirements. * Supervision of compliance with Quality Plans and quality and safety requirements by suppliers and subcontractors. * Management of Quality and Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) indicators, monitoring processes and promoting continuous improvement. * Coordination and control of change management, ensuring implementation complies with quality and safety requirements. **Requirements**: * Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree * Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL), with at least the specialization in Occupational Safety * Official 60-hour Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) course **Workplace**: * Madrid. **Workplace**: * Established construction company * Leading client in the sector * Remuneration will be negotiable based on experience provided * Indefinite-term contract
