For new projects in the **construction sector**, we require a TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER FOR BUILDING PROJECTS in Madrid. Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will be: **Responsibilities** * Development of technical solutions and improvement proposals to optimize the execution of building projects. * Preparation, review, and updating of construction drawings, construction details, and on-site solutions. * Technical analysis of the project, resolution of issues, and preparation of technical justifications when required. * Technical support to site teams, assisting production, setting-out activities, and resolving queries during execution. * Technical coordination among architecture, structural engineering, MEP installations, design supervision, and other parties involved in the project. * Management and tracking of technical documentation required for approval of construction solutions, materials, and modifications by the client and design supervision. * Document control and drawing management, ensuring that site documentation is up-to-date and correctly distributed. * Coordination and monitoring of external consultants and engineering firms, guaranteeing proper integration of all project disciplines. **Requirements**: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Building Engineering, or equivalent. * Experience in Technical Office roles or execution of building projects. * Knowledge of foundation, reinforced concrete structure, and steel structure design and calculation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparation, review, and interpretation of construction and detail drawings. * Experience working in BIM environments using tools such as Revit and Dalux. * Ability to develop, review, and validate basic technical solutions and structural calculations. * Proficiency in reading, interpreting construction drawings, technical documentation, and applicable regulations for building projects. **Location** * MADRID **Offered** * Immediate incorporation * Permanent contract * Salary commensurate with experience
