Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise and coordinate simultaneous works across various Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) in the Community of Madrid, managing both in-house teams and subcontractors. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people’s lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** Multiple interventions will be carried out simultaneously across various WWTPs in the Community of Madrid, requiring: * Preliminary study of **interventions**: on-site **measurements**, contact with **subcontractors**. * Supervise and **coordinate** daily **works** across multiple simultaneous projects, including both civil works and mechanical equipment installation. * Organize **teams**, both in-house and subcontractors. * Monitor work **quality** and compliance with drawings. * Resolve **incidents** and ensure smooth execution progress. * Act as the preventive **resource** during interventions. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * **Site Supervisor** with experience in interventions involving **civil works and mechanical installation**.
