We are looking for a **Structured Finance Analyst** to join our team in Madrid, supporting the financing and execution of utility\-scale solar, wind and BESS projects across Europe, the U.S. and Latin America. **How will you make an impact?** -------------------------------- * Support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions and potential asset sales. * Build and maintain financial models to evaluate project economics and financing structures. * Support debt raising processes, interacting with banks, investors and financial advisors. * Coordinate financial, legal and technical due diligence. * Prepare investment materials and support internal decision\-making. * Work closely with Business Development, M\&A and Legal teams. **What are we looking for?** ---------------------------- * **3\+ years of experience** in **Project Finance, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Infrastructure Finance or Financial Advisory**. * Experience supporting **debt financing transactions** in renewables or infrastructure. * Strong financial modelling and valuation skills. * Good understanding of Corporate Finance and Project Finance. * Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field. * Fluent English and Spanish. * Advanced Excel skills.
