Reporting directly to the Agency Director and the Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of transportation operations within a three-person team. You will be responsible for managing a fleet of self-employed drivers engaged primarily in international general freight traffic, especially for the automotive industry. Your role will involve optimizing planning, operational monitoring, and daily management of self-employed drivers, while simultaneously enhancing customer relations. Prior experience in transportation within an operational team, demonstrating responsibility and autonomy while maintaining a strong team spirit. Proficiency in computer tools. Knowledge of transportation regulations. Interpersonal and commercial skills. Fluency in French is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an asset. Immediate hiring.
