If you are looking for a place where your talent contributes to something greater than yourself, where every task carries social meaning, **this is your moment**. **Position Objective** Carry out maintenance activities—including plumbing, electrical work, and masonry—at the Foundation's premises. **Key Result Areas** * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and/or masonry, as well as related trades such as locksmithing. * Teamwork—fostering a positive atmosphere and supporting colleagues. * Handling, controlling, and maintaining tools. * Reporting each assigned task via the provided work reports, providing related information to the Maintenance Supervisor. * Compliance with company-established occupational health and safety regulations and procedures. * Performing additional tasks such as furniture relocation, cleaning, scaffolding assembly, and painting. **Qualifications & Experience** * Proven experience in electrical work, masonry, locksmithing, or plumbing. * Additional skills beyond those listed above will be viewed favorably. * Disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher. **Conditions** * Temporary contract for 6 months, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract upon completion. * Weekly working hours: 38.5, scheduled Monday through Friday. **"The most valuable asset of the Foundation is the group of people who make it up.
