**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 1 Bachelor's Degree Holder, Engineer, or Graduate \+ Official Master's Degree to support the processing of mining exploitation files in the Community of Madrid **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Analysis of workflows and identification of relationships among procedures and files * Diagnosis of workflow status, identifying deficiencies * Preparation of diagnostic report * Design and proposal of standardized protocols for document management and file processing * Analysis of complementary information systems for their integration into work procedures * Support for the implementation of the information system **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying the data declared in the application, as well as requesting additional information contained in the curriculum vitae, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Bachelor’s, Engineering, or Technical Engineering/Degree \+ Official Master’s Degree in Geology; or a Bachelor’s, Engineering, or Technical Engineering/Degree \+ Official Master’s Degree in Mining Engineering or Industrial Engineering (MECES Level 3\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Ability to formalize a training contract for acquiring professional practice linked to the qualification required in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may a prior contract of this type linked to the same qualification have been executed for longer than 6 months) **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * At least 50 hours of training in administrative process and/or file management * At least 30 hours of training in functional analysis of information systems ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel (to be verified during technical assessment) * Knowledge of document management and/or electronic administration (to be verified during technical assessment) **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months’ duration, with possible extension for another 6 months, if applicable.
