Key responsibilities include supervising and controlling production processes, ensuring that machinery operates according to established parameters to guarantee product quality and safety. The candidate will be responsible for making adjustments and format changes to equipment as required by production needs, as well as performing basic and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize unplanned downtime and maintain an efficient workflow. The work environment is dynamic and demanding, where attention to detail and strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols are essential. The position requires adaptation to rotating shifts—including morning, afternoon, and occasionally weekends—to meet the plant’s operational requirements. Integration into the production team is critical, involving close collaboration with other departments to optimize processes and resolve technical issues promptly. The ability to work under pressure and within an environment regulated by specific food-sector legislation is essential. Initiative in proposing process and machinery improvements—thereby contributing to overall production-line efficiency—is highly valued. This position offers the possibility of permanent employment following a performance-based evaluation period, subject to the candidate’s performance and the company’s operational needs. Working hours follow a rotating shift schedule, typically covering morning and afternoon shifts Monday through Friday, with flexibility to address specific operational requirements. The workplace is located within an industrial facility in the food sector, fully compliant with all applicable safety and hygiene regulations. Candidates must reside in San Adrián or its surrounding area to facilitate daily attendance at the workplace. A minimum of one year’s verifiable experience operating industrial machinery is mandatory, preferably within the food industry or related fields. Practical knowledge of performing format changes, equipment adjustments, and basic maintenance is required. The candidate must be willing and able to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, and occasionally on weekends as production demands. A vocational training qualification (Intermediate Level) in Mechanical Manufacturing or Machining is advantageous but not mandatory. Basic proficiency in office software tools is required for managing production-related documentation.
