At EOSOL, we are selecting a Shift Supervisor for a major company located in Villafranca (Navarra). We seek a professional with "on-site authority", capable of leading both the production area and logistics flow, guaranteeing the success of daily operations. **What will be your responsibilities?** As the highest-ranking person at the site during your shift in Villafranca, you will be responsible for: * Team Leadership: Supervision and organization of personnel on production lines and in the warehouse area. * Operational Control: Ensuring achievement of manufacturing targets, resolving any technical or personnel-related incidents. * Warehouse Management: Coordinating loading, unloading, and material placement tasks, optimizing space and time. * Quality and Safety: Ensuring strict compliance with occupational safety regulations and product quality standards. * Reporting: Communicating shift results and updates to plant management. **What profile are we seeking?** * Education: Technical training or team management education is desirable. * Experience: Prior experience leading shifts in industrial environments (minimum 2\-3 years). * Residence (Mandatory): Residency in Villafranca or neighboring towns (Milagro, Cadreita, Marcilla, Caparroso, Valtierra, etc.).
