Description
The packaging operator will join a dynamic industrial environment, where they will play a key role in the production process. Main responsibilities will focus on packaging assistant tasks, ensuring products are prepared and packaged according to established standards. In addition, the operator will be responsible for cleaning the work area and machinery, maintaining a safe environment and complying with industrial hygiene standards. Another key responsibility will be quality inspection of packaging, examining containers for possible defects and ensuring they meet required specifications prior to dispatch. The operator will work as part of a team, collaborating to achieve daily and weekly production targets, and must strictly follow the company's defined safety and quality protocols. Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence in all assigned tasks are essential.
Working hours will be full-time, Monday through Friday. The position requires availability to regularly cover morning and afternoon shifts, as well as occasional night shifts, depending on production operational needs. Specific salary conditions and the additional benefits package will be detailed during the selection process.
A minimum of 6 months' prior experience performing packaging duties within an industrial setting is required. Candidates must hold the Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) qualification. Proficiency in Spanish at a competent level, equivalent to C1, is mandatory to understand technical instructions and documentation. At least one year of general industrial operator experience will be considered a plus.
