Job Summary: We are seeking a bakery and pastry assistant to prepare doughs, bake products, handle ingredients, control inventory, and supervise equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of equipment for efficient operation We are seeking a bakery and pastry assistant with a disability. Main responsibilities include preparing various doughs for bakery and pastry, properly baking products, and expertly handling ingredients. The role also involves managing inventory and supervising other team members to ensure efficient operations. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33%, or Total Permanent Disability (TPD) compatible with the duties of this position, is mandatory. A minimum of two years’ prior experience in a similar role is required, or sufficient experience enabling autonomous performance of the job’s duties without constant supervision. This position offers a full-time temporary employment contract, with working hours covering both morning and afternoon shifts. Salary and working conditions will comply with the current Collective Agreement for Special Employment Centers in the Principality of Asturias.
