We seek empathetic, detail-oriented nursing staff to deliver specialized care to individuals with renal failure according to prescribed treatment, using standard therapy or on-line hemodiafiltration. As a key member of our nursing team, you will work in accordance with corporate protocols and guidelines that help us deliver safe, high-quality care. **Your Responsibilities:** **Lead comprehensive patient assessment:** You will design personalized strategies to optimize vascular access, monitor key parameters, and anticipate needs—ensuring excellence in care. **Monitor dialysis sessions:** You will prepare monitors and materials, and precisely execute pre\-, intra\-, and post\-dialysis procedures. You will guarantee the quality and safety of each session. **Design and implement nursing care programs:** You will develop and promote specialized programs (e.g., stress management, psychosocial support, quality-of-life monitoring, and ongoing education), enhancing patient experience and quality of life. **Analyze and ensure clinical information:** You will rigorously record data, generate detailed reports, and propose evidence-based improvements to continuously elevate our protocols and quality standards. **Empower patients and their families:** You will provide expert guidance on diet, fluid control, vascular access care, and medication—fostering patient autonomy and strengthening the therapeutic relationship. **Drive excellence and regulatory compliance:** You will ensure adherence to corporate and facility-specific guidelines and protocols. **Develop your professional trajectory and specialization:** You will access advanced training aligned with your interests—including nephrology specialization programs, advanced hemodialysis techniques, and clinical research—and lead internal training initiatives while sharing knowledge to drive team-wide growth. **We are looking for nursing staff with:** Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Nursing. No prior experience required. Knowledge of nephrology and dialysis (desirable).
