They not only support clinical tasks but also create a safe and supportive environment where each patient feels respected and cared for. **What you will achieve:** As a **Nursing Assistant**, you will play a key role in supporting dialysis care for patients with chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, assist patients throughout their treatment process, and help maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety—making a real difference every day. **Your responsibilities will include, among others:** * Accompanying the patient from arrival at the clinic, assisting them during their stay, monitoring their general condition and changes since their last dialysis session, and supporting the transfer of dependent patients. * Providing all necessary patient care in accordance with corporate protocols, as well as monitoring and recording the patient’s temperature and weight at the beginning and end of dialysis. * Supporting the nursing team in administering prescribed medications and performing dialysis treatment according to the defined prescription, current procedures, and operational guidelines, ensuring appropriate patient service. * Reporting any abnormalities detected in patients and/or in the monitor or consumable materials used for dialysis treatment. * Checking and preparing monitors and other materials prior to hemodialysis, in accordance with internal instructions and protocols, and verifying each patient’s medical prescription. **Take the first step toward a career that truly matters.** At Fresenius Medical Care, every team member plays a vital role in improving the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease.
