JOB DESCRIPTION **O&M Maintenance Manager – Eosol Group** =================================================== Eosol Group, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking to incorporate an **O&M Maintenance Manager** into its team to participate in large-scale, high-impact projects. **Location:** Initially based in Badajoz, with occasional travel to Valladolid until project completion. On-site work at the construction site is required, with the possibility of occasional remote work. **Job Mission:** You will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and optimal maintenance of renewable energy facilities, guaranteeing maximum asset availability and efficiency. You will lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage client relations, playing a key role in the operational success of our projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Maintenance Planning:** Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans, optimizing resources and minimizing downtime. * **Team Management:** Lead, motivate, and supervise technical teams, ensuring high performance and a collaborative working environment. * **Subcontractor Coordination:** Select, manage, and monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * **KPI Monitoring:** Track and analyze operational and maintenance KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective actions. * **Client Liaison:** Maintain fluent and professional communication with clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction. * **Operational Leadership:** Direct and optimize daily service operations, ensuring achievement of production, safety, and profitability targets. * **Occupational Health and Safety Management:** Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations across all departmental activities. * **Resource Optimization:** Efficiently manage material and financial resources allocated to the maintenance area. * **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare periodic technical and management reports for senior management and other involved departments. **Essential Requirements:** * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience coordinating Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities in the renewable energy sector. * **Sector Knowledge:** Prior experience in wind and/or photovoltaic projects. * **Management Skills:** Solid experience managing work teams and coordinating contractors. * **Technical Competencies:** In-depth knowledge of operation, maintenance, and asset management in renewable energy. * **Education:** Completion of the 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course. * **Mobility:** Willingness to travel nationwide, given the nature of projects and required mobility for future developments. * **Driver’s License:** Valid driver’s license is mandatory. **Desirable Qualifications:** * University degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Energy or related field). * Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). * Technical English proficiency. **What We Offer:** * Join a stable and continuously growing company in the renewable energy sector. * Participation in innovative and challenging projects. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary conditions, commensurate with candidate experience and qualifications.
