Responsibilities: * Contribute to AI and automation projects: From ideation to implementation, you will work on machine learning, RPA (robotic process automation), data analysis, and digital transformation projects. * Cross-functional coordination of technological projects: You will collaborate with different departments across the group to implement innovative solutions. * Research and analysis of emerging technologies: You will identify trends in AI, big data, cloud computing, and automation to integrate into our processes. * Optimization of digital tools: You will work on improving and evolving our internal platforms, including intranets, CRM systems, training platforms, and applied AI tools. * KPI management and reporting: You will measure the impact of technological initiatives and provide key data for strategic decision-making. * Collaboration in intrapreneurship strategies: You will foster a culture of innovation within the group and support the adoption of agile methodologies. Requirements WE REQUIRE: * University degree in technical fields (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar). * Experience in managing technological projects, ideally in AI, automation, or software development. * Knowledge of lean principles, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), project management tools, and data analytics. * Innovative and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities. * Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and collaborate with diverse departments. * Proficiency with digital tools, office software suites, and enterprise management platforms. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
