This could be an interesting opportunity for you to begin your employment relationship with them. **Job Description** We are seeking a Reliability Engineer responsible for implementing reliability programs, equipment condition monitoring tasks, structural integrity actions, and projects developed at surface facilities within the maintenance department. The role involves developing engineering solutions for recurring failures and all other issues negatively affecting operations. These issues include capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance problems. **Responsibilities / Tasks / Duties** \- Maintenance Plans for Surface Machinery and Facilities * Design maintenance plans for surface facilities (RCM methodology), as well as evaluate and improve existing plans. * Coordinate execution of the maintenance plan (inspections, lubrication, preventive, predictive, condition-based…) together with planning and execution teams to verify plan effectiveness. * Conduct continuous review of maintenance plans. \- Equipment Condition and Monitoring: * Assess equipment condition status to anticipate failures and schedule appropriate maintenance interventions. * Analyze proper operation of large machinery using continuous monitoring systems. \- Six Sigma (6σ) Methodology for Failure Probability Assessment and Failure Management * Develop and implement data analysis techniques, which may include statistical process control, reliability modeling and prediction, fault tree analysis, and Weibull analysis. \- Asset Management: * Participate in equipment commissioning and lifecycle management, maintaining updated equipment and line histories in databases. * Collaborate with Production to conduct asset analyses providing the following information: asset availability, asset utilization, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), remaining useful life, and other parameters defining operational conditions, reliability, and asset costs. * Perform, evaluate, and report all types of tests and analyses regarding the status and operational conditions of static equipment. * Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). \- KPIs and Reporting: * Implement and monitor machine reliability and maintenance plan management KPIs. \- Innovation and Technology: * Identify and implement new technologies and market-available developments capable of improving equipment reliability and energy efficiency. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering; Industrial Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical track); Chemical Engineering; or Energy Engineering * Vibration Technician Certification Category I/II/III (minimum Category II) * Knowledge of Tribology and lubrication route management * Green/Black Belt certification or demonstrable Six Sigma knowledge (preferred) * Master’s Degree in Maintenance (preferred) * Minimum 3 years’ experience in inspection and diagnostics of static and dynamic equipment in mineral processing plants, chemical plants, refineries, or similar facilities, including predictive techniques and monitoring **Employee Benefits** * Percentage over base salary * Mobile phone Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €40,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Company mobile phone Work Location: On-site
