#### **Work Modality** On-site #### **Department** Operations #### **Workplace** Extresol \- National Road 432, KM 32.7, 06172 Torre de Miguel Sesmero (Badajoz) #### **Requirements** **Qualification:** Mandatory: Degree or training in industrial electricity/mechanics or related fields, FP1 or FP2\. **Required Knowledge:** Corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in continuous-process industrial plants. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams. **Experience:** More than three years of experience in industrial maintenance. **Other Requirements:** Availability to work rotating shifts. Accustomed to teamwork, methodical and disciplined work within a safety-oriented, environmentally conscious, and continuously improving production process environment. **Desirable:** Residence near the facilities. Driving license C. #### **Competencies** Communication; Teamwork; Problem Solving and Decision Making; Results Orientation and Planning, Organization, and Continuous Improvement. #### **Responsibilities** **General Functions:** * Conduct operational rounds to ensure proper functioning of plant equipment and systems. * Perform Safety Observations of ongoing work, identify Unsafe Conditions, propose mitigation improvements, report Accidents/Incidents, and actively collaborate in investigations and implementation of mitigation measures. * Ensure compliance with environmental conditions, properly managing generated waste. * Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes, assuming responsibility for assigned equipment and/or components. * Participate in training programs on Safety and Health, Prevention and Environment, Technical Training, and Corporate Training. * Faithfully comply with Integrated Management System policies and procedures related to Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, and corporate policies. #### **Who Are We?** Solclef is an energy asset operator company, currently operating exclusively renewable generation assets.
