




The primary objective of this role is to ensure the quality of software products by applying industry-standard testing methodologies. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze software requirements to determine testability and develop test plans and strategies. * Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality. * Analyze test results and identify software defects. * Report software defects to software developers and track defect resolution. * Participate in software design and code reviews to ensure quality. * Assist in the development and maintenance of software testing infrastructure. * Stay up to date with new software testing tools and methodologies. **Qualifications:** A degree or higher vocational training qualification is required, along with 0\-5 years of relevant market experience. **Required Skills:** * In-depth knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies. * Experience in designing and executing automated and manual tests. * Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address software defects. * Ability to collaborate effectively with software developers and other stakeholders. * Knowledge of software testing tools and frameworks. **Pay Range and Compensation Package:** Annual gross salary starting from 21\.000,00€, with flexible working hours and work-life balance. The *SOFTWARE TESTER* position is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through the application of standard industry testing methodologies. Incumbents are responsible for designing, developing, and executing software test plans; analyzing and reporting test results; and providing feedback to software developers regarding defects. They work closely with software developers and other stakeholders to understand the functionality of new software applications, then design and execute test plans to identify potential defects. Once software applications are released, incumbents also ensure they remain defect-free by performing regression testing and other forms of testing as new software updates are deployed.
