Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Housekeeping Department, whose primary mission will be to organize, coordinate, and supervise housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas are properly maintained, company quality standards are met, and guests enjoy a satisfying experience. Responsibilities: * Organize, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the Housekeeping Department. * Plan and assign tasks to room attendants and cleaning staff. * Supervise cleanliness, order, and preparation of guest rooms and public areas. * Conduct quality controls and monitor compliance with established standards. * Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance departments for proper room management, incident resolution, and priority handling. * Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and departmental supplies. * Monitor correct usage of cleaning products, equipment, and machinery. * Supervise compliance with hygiene regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and environmental requirements. * Handle operational incidents and respond to requests or complaints related to the department. * Complete department-specific logs, reports, and control records. * Participate in team training, motivation, and performance follow-up. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor in hotels or tourist accommodations. * Knowledge of housekeeping department operations and quality control procedures. * Experience in team coordination and supervision. * Strong planning and organizational skills. * Familiarity with hygiene regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and cleaning product usage. * Basic computer skills (PMS, checklists, email).
