




Job Summary: Responsible for guest reception, registration, billing, and incident management, ensuring high-quality service and interdepartmental coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and hotel reception management. 2. Management of check-ins, billing, and cash register closing. 3. Interdepartmental communication to ensure proper operations. Your responsibilities will include: \- Receiving and assisting customers and visitors to the hotel establishment. \- Registering guests (check\-in) staying at the hotel. \- Billing, collection, and cash register closing. Preparation and monitoring of internal controls. \- Managing keys for various rooms. \- Responding to information requests from guests. \- Providing courtesy services to guests. \- Informing and advising guests about tourism services. \- Maintaining the work station and reporting any anomalies. \- Handling customer complaints and resolving incidents. \- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: \- English and German; a third language is desirable. \- Experience in reception roles. \- Ability to learn quickly. \- Friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
