At Grums Hotel & Spa, a 4-star hotel located in Barcelona, we are seeking to hire a **Night Auditor** for our Front Office department. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the hotel operates correctly during the night shift, delivering high-quality service to our guests and guaranteeing the daily administrative closing. **Main responsibilities:** * Customer service during the night shift * Performing check-in and check-out procedures * Conducting the nightly audit and daily closing * Managing billing, cash handling, and report generation * Resolving incidents and coordinating with other departments * Ensuring hotel security and smooth operations throughout the night **Requirements:** * Previous experience in hotel front office or as a Night Auditor * Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) * Intermediate/advanced level of English (additional languages are an asset) * Responsible, organized individual with strong self-management skills * Availability to work night shifts * * **Conditions:** * Permanent contract * Full-time position * Night shift schedule: 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. If you are interested in joining a professional and dynamic team, please send us your application.
