With the growth of our business, we are seeking an intern to support us in the operational management of this maintenance activity. Your daily work will involve great diversity—across projects, technical contexts, and challenges. The team operates along two main axes: **Corrective Maintenance** * Identify, analyze, and fix anomalies reported via our ticketing system. You’ll be on the front line diagnosing bugs, reproducing issues, and proposing robust fixes. **Preventive Maintenance** * Anticipate risks before they become incidents: code audits, dependency updates, performance improvements, technical debt reduction. You’ll actively contribute to keeping applications healthy over the long term. You may occasionally perform simple DevOps tasks (e.g., deployments, environment configuration), though this is not the core focus of the role.
