Focus on excellence, communication, and autonomy. ### **Position** POSITION TITLE Beauty Consultant REPORTING LINE Reports to Store Manager JOB OBJECTIVES To advise on and sell the brand’s products in order to achieve the established sales targets for the point of sale. ### **Job responsibilities** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Sell the Brand’s products and deliver high-level customer service throughout the entire sales process. * Increase consumer knowledge of and loyalty to the brand. * Identify, understand and reframe customer needs. * Monitor competitors (special promotions, product launches, etc.). * Propose and demonstrate customized product offerings. * Track store performance against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). * Build personal and lasting relationships with customers and retailers. * Achieve weekly/monthly retail sales targets. * Participate in merchandising and inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines. * Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock levels across all stores. * Carry out all assigned operational and administrative tasks (reports, orders, etc.). ### **Profile** PROFILE * Education: High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty. Professional training and/or university degree preferred. * Tools: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel), Lotus Notes. * Experience: Retail or service industry experience, ideally within luxury, beauty or fashion environments. Experience as a make-up artist is desirable.
