You will also participate in the design and development of projects, taking charge of them on a day-to-day basis. **Main Responsibilities** * Overall supervision of the studio and coordination of workflow between teams. * Participation in the design and development of projects, managing them on a daily basis. * Direct support to management in organization, scheduling, and tracking priorities. * Management of project timelines and achievement of key milestones. * Coordination with external suppliers and teams. * Active participation in key meetings and operational decision-making. * Support in implementing basic tracking tools (such as **MS365 Planner**, **Asana**, **Gantt**, etc.). **Secondary Responsibilities** * Supervision of licenses, documentation, and administrative procedures. * Improvement of internal processes: documentation, project flow, onboarding, etc. * Support to the architecture team in design, organizational, and planning tasks. * Strengthening internal team climate and studio culture. **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in architecture or related field. * Experience in architectural studios or technical offices (minimum 4\-5 years). * Proven management, leadership, and autonomous work skills. * Problem-solving mindset, agility, and strong communication abilities. * Fluent Spanish and good command of English. **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of or sensitivity towards Balearic architecture styles such as *"mares"*. * Prior experience in architectural studios in management roles. * Basic proficiency with project management tools (**Asana**, **Trello**, **MS365**, etc.). * Knowledge of German or other languages will be highly valued. **What the studio offers** * Permanent contract. * Highly **attractive base salary**, plus **annual performance-based bonus**. * Immediate incorporation in October / November 2025\. * Genuine flexibility and autonomy. * A beautiful working environment with high human quality and a strong growth ambition. * Assistance, as much as possible, in finding accommodation on this beautiful island (if relocating from abroad).
