




##### **Online marketplaces have never been this awesome.** At METRO Markets, we build a mature and growing B2B e\-commerce marketplace that serves professional customers across six European countries. **We’re now looking for a skilled Senior UX / UI Designer to help shape critical phases of the customer journey in our product area: Checkout and After\-Sales Solutions. We’re seeking someone eager to tackle complex problems, shape design strategy, and make a meaningful impact on the post\-purchase experience.** **What you’ll work on:** You’ll join key product teams, working closely with product managers and developers in a collaborative product trio setup. These teams tackle some of the most essential user journeys — from streamlining repeat orders and professional services to ensuring clear, reliable order tracking and post\-purchase communication. Your role will focus on shaping seamless and reliable end\-to\-end experiences that build trust and support customers across every stage of the post\-purchase journey. **What you’ll do:** * Lead end\-to\-end UX and UI design for key after\-sales experiences * Develop user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to test and validate ideas * Collaborate daily with product and tech in a product trio setup to shape roadmap priorities * Apply service design methods to map end\-to\-end customer journeys, ensuring solutions work across touchpoints and stakeholders. * Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across product, tech and business to drive shared understanding and buy\-in. * Plan and run user research and usability testing (in collaboration with our User Research team) * Translate complex requirements into clear and usable solutions * Contribute to our Design System to ensure consistency and scalability * Continuously monitor performance via analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve * Deliver high\-quality UI design that brings usability and visual excellence to our customer\-facing experiences ##### **You've got** * 6\+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of digital product work. * At least 3 years working in product\-oriented, agile teams, ideally on e\-commerce or marketplace products. * Knowledge in service design, customer journey mapping, and designing for complex processes. * Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills – align diverse perspectives and create clarity. * Comfortable working in dynamic cross\-functional teams and taking full ownership of design work. * Hands\-on experience with UX research methods (interviews, usability testing, Hotjar, etc.). * Proficient in Figma, with experience working within a shared Design System. * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus. * Strong communication and storytelling skills in English. * Experience in B2B commerce is a bonus, but not a must. * **MUST HAVE EU WORK PERMIT.** ##### **We've got** * Innovative product and exciting career opportunities in an agile environment with a start\-up mentality * A diverse and vibrant international environment of 70\+ different nationalities * Flexible working hours and hybrid working with also flexible home office policy * 25 days of vacation per year * Health and wellbeing support * Private Health Insurance covered by the company * Lunch support / Catering service at the office * Language courses subsidy * Attractive referral program * Team events, MeetUps, and TechTalks * And much more ##### **About us** We create the future of B2B commerce by giving business relationships a platform.
