What will your responsibilities be? * Guide and support development teams, POs, and other Scrum Masters to maximize quality, delivery speed, and motivation. * Lead the adoption and evolution of agile practices across the organization. * Facilitate sprint planning, dailies, reviews, retrospectives, and maintain key performance metrics. * Identify and resolve impediments, promoting transparency and accountability. * Collaborate in backlog definition, refinement, and requirement specification. * Participate as a Software Engineer within the team when necessary. * Ensure product reliability in production and promote good technical and functional documentation practices. * Contribute to defining a common Way of Working aligned with agile and DevOps principles. * Support commercial and marketing teams to reduce lead time and improve delivery efficiency. * Develop and track KPIs, metrics, and progress reports. What are we looking for? * Between 6 and 10 years of professional experience in IT environments. * More than 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master, ideally managing multiple teams simultaneously. * Solid experience in IT production environments and complex technology landscapes. * Strong analytical skills to understand development processes and identify areas for improvement. * Focus on goals, continuous improvement, and optimization of delivery times. * Knowledge of Agile and DevOps, ability to facilitate ceremonies and ensure relevant metrics. * Excellent communication, leadership, and impediment management skills. * English level B2.
