What are we looking for? * Between 6 and 10 years of professional experience in IT environments. * More than 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master, ideally managing multiple teams simultaneously. * Solid experience in IT production environments and complex technology landscapes. * Strong analytical skills to understand development processes and identify areas for improvement. * Focus on goals, continuous improvement, and optimization of delivery times. * Knowledge of Agile and DevOps, ability to facilitate ceremonies and ensure relevant metrics. * Excellent communication, leadership, and impediment management skills. * English level B2.
