The person joining us will play a key role in the financial analysis and control of various business areas, actively participating in KPI monitoring, financial reporting preparation, and process optimization with direct impact on the profit and loss statement. **What are we looking for?** We are currently seeking a **Sr. Controller** for one of **OK Group's** companies, whose mission will be to ensure financial analysis, monitoring, and control across different business areas, providing key information and strategic support for decision-making, KPI tracking, and optimization of the company’s profitability and operational efficiency. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Review, analysis, and control of costs generated by the various departments assigned to each business area. * Review, analysis, and control of revenues generated by the company’s different business lines. * Monitoring of key business indicators (KPIs) and other relevant financial and management indicators. * Support in preparing the monthly financial reporting, as well as assistance in drafting the company’s budgets. * Preparation of ad\-hoc reports and analyses. * Close collaboration with other internal departments to improve and optimize accounting processes and their impact on the profit and loss statement. **What do you need to join our team?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or related field. A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controlling, or Data Processing (Big Data) is desirable. * 3\-4 years of relevant experience in Auditing and/or Controlling. * Knowledge of local and international accounting standards. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. * Familiarity with SAP ERP and Power BI will be valued. * High level of English (C1\). **What do we offer you?** * A stable project with a permanent contract. * Flexible start/end times and flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday.
