We are a luxury hotel company with locations in **Cancún (Mexico)** and **Punta Cana (Dominican Republic)**, committed to the professional growth of the people who are part of our Majestic family. Initiation Phase** (12 months): Rotation across various HR departments to understand hotel operations and human capital processes across all facets **2\. Consolidation Phase** (12 months): Assignment to one HR department, participation in projects, and specialized professional growth.
