If you are proactive, organized, and customer-oriented, we would like to interview you. Responsibilities: Assist and coordinate departmental operations across two front desks. Collaborate with the team and oversee departmental activities. Ensure quality standards and excellent customer service. Manage and resolve service-related incidents to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle internal departmental tasks and support the reservations department. Requirements: \- Minimum 3–4 years’ prior experience as Front Office Manager in hotels of similar category. \- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. \- Advanced proficiency in French and English (additional languages are valued). \- Professional appearance and a solution-oriented attitude. \- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
