At Garden Hotel Group, we are seeking to hire a **Quantity Surveyor** to join our team.
Your **mission** will be to provide technical support for hotel renovation projects and for the developer’s projects.
What will your **responsibilities** be?
* Prepare measurement reports.
* Prepare measurements for budget requests.
* Review measurements received from architects, contractors, and industrial suppliers.
* Prepare budget comparisons.
* Analyze prices, line items, and potential deviations.
* Review construction certifications.
* Verify that certified line items correspond to work actually executed.
* Monitor extras, variations, and contradictory line items.
* Conduct economic tracking for each construction project.
* Prepare project progress reports.
* Carry out site visits.
* Monitor work progress.
* Identify on-site incidents.
* Coordinate reviews and pending tasks.
* Review execution quality.
* Draft site visit and monitoring minutes.
* Coordinate with contractors, industrial suppliers, architects, engineering firms, and vendors.
* Support construction planning.
* Assist in scheduling and phasing of execution.
* Prepare or coordinate basic health and safety studies.
* Review health and safety documentation.
* Organize technical documentation: drawings, specifications, budgets, certifications, technical data sheets, and final project documentation.
* Provide technical support to the Renovations Department.
* Provide technical support to the Developer for new construction projects.
What are the **requirements** for this position?
* Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent.
* Prior experience in construction supervision and monitoring (desirable).
* Knowledge of measurements, budgeting, and cost control.
* Proficiency with standard computer tools (Office, AutoCAD, and similar).
* Strong organizational, planning, and incident-resolution skills.
* Communication and teamwork abilities.

This is a cross-functional role enabling you to gain comprehensive insight into the full project lifecycle—from initial planning through to completion—supporting professional development and progressive assumption of responsibilities within a growing organization.
Annual gross salary between €28.000,00 and €32.000,00, depending on professional experience, qualifications, performance, and productivity.
