We are seeking a home care assistant for services in Palma. The role involves ensuring the well-being of service users by assisting them with basic activities of daily living. We promote their maximum autonomy, physical and cognitive activity, as well as self-esteem and social relationships. Tasks include personal hygiene assistance, help with dressing and eating, and supervision during mobility within the home. Assistance is also provided in administering medication according to medical prescriptions, and medical appointments are managed by telephone when necessary. In cases involving minors with disabilities, care is provided at home and they are accompanied to school or activity centers. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract. Working hours range from 80% to 100%, with fixed morning shifts (7:00–15:00) or afternoon shifts (15:00–22:00). Professional training in socio-healthcare or equivalent, a personal vehicle, and a valid driver's license are required. Prior experience and additional training in gerontology or food handling are valued.
