Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are immaculate. * Conduct daily inspections of assigned rooms and areas to ensure compliance with the hotel’s quality and cleanliness standards. * Train and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring they understand and adhere to hotel policies and procedures. * Manage housekeeping supply inventory, placing orders and maintaining accurate records to prevent shortages. * Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and resolve any issues that may arise during daily operations. Requirements * Prior experience in floor supervision or a similar role within the hospitality industry. * Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve problems efficiently. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
