Job Summary: Autoocupació seeks a Professional Career Counselor to provide personalized career guidance and job search support in Barcelona. Key Highlights: 1. As part of the Foundation’s growth process, we aim to hire a Professional Career Counselor to deliver career guidance under the Orienta Program at our Barcelona delegation. The Orienta Program is a career counseling service targeted at individuals seeking employment or wishing to improve their employability. It offers personalized guidance, definition of professional goals, and support in job or training searches. Main responsibilities of the counselor include: • Information, intake, and initial orientation. \- Listen to and empathetically understand the needs of service users. \- Identify interests, competencies, and professional profile. • Information and advisory services. \- Provide information on training options, competence accreditation, and labor market opportunities. \- Offer alternatives tailored to the local context and the individual’s profile. \- Conduct informational sessions on job searching, interview preparation, etc. • Accompaniment and follow-up. \- Jointly design a training and professional development plan with the individual. \- Monitor progress, reviewing and adjusting objectives as needed. • Network-based collaboration. \- Collaborate with local services, training centers, and companies. \- Coordinate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support. \- Collaborate with other services within the Foundation. • Documentation management. \- Support the preparation of reports, records, and technical documentation for program justification and monitoring, assisting the service coordinator in technical coordination tasks. \- Enter and update data in training management systems (CRM, Moodle, Galileu). * Bachelor's or engineering degree \- Psychology * Bachelor's degree \- Pedagogy * Official master's degree \- Psychopedagogy * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Candidates are expected to possess the following technical competencies: • Analytical capacity to facilitate decision-making by program participants. • Knowledge of the training system and local training offerings. • Knowledge of the labor market. • Knowledge of job search tools and channels. In addition, the following cross-cutting competencies will be valued: • User-centered orientation. \- Results-oriented approach. \- Assertive communication. \- Empathy. \- Quality in documentation management. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1795' to '1796' * Additional relevant information:  Remarks: Integration into a dynamic, growing, highly motivated, and passionate team committed to helping individuals become who they want to be.  Start date: Immediate.  Working hours: Full-time (Fridays feature an intensive morning shift).  Workplace location: Barcelona.  Salary: Between 21\.000 and 22\.000 gross euros per year (12 payments).
