At **INNSiDE by Meliá Palma Bosque**, we are looking to hire a **Night Receptionist (Night Auditor)** to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience during the night shift. ### **Mission:** * Guest attention and assistance during the night shift. * Performing check\-in and check\-out. * Managing reservations, incidents, and special requests. * Supervising security and ensuring proper hotel operations. * Cash closing and nightly audit (Night Audit). * Coordinating with other departments to guarantee service delivery. * Preparing daily reports. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Prior experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably during the night shift. * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. * Advanced level of English (additional languages are valued). * Familiarity with hotel management systems (Opera or similar). * Responsible, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. **At Meliá, everyone is VIP** *At Meliá Hotels International, we champion* ***equal opportunities*** *for* ***women and men*** *in the workplace, supported by leadership commitment and aligned with our Human Resources policies.
