Embark on a journey that will take you to work across multiple countries and become part of our extensive global family. **Explore some of the benefits we offer:** * **My MeliáRewards:** Participate in our exclusive loyalty program, enjoying unique benefits and advantages. * **My MeliáBenefits:** Take advantage of flexible compensation and exclusive discounts across a wide range of products and services, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. **MISSION** *Support the development of tools and manuals for the correct implementation of brands across the portfolio, as well as the development of projects closely linked to improving company performance and customer satisfaction, consistently supporting brand maintenance and evolution.* **PURCHASING** * Communicate operational and strategic product launch requests to Purchasing. * Coordinate and supervise purchasing projects with support from the Brand Management Coordinator as executor. **MANUALS** * Project management of manual creation plans. * Develop operational manuals (copy, structure, etc.). * Coordinate with agencies for layout of operational manuals. * Coordinate and execute photo shoots and graphic support for manuals. * Coordinate and manage manuals from other departments (F&B, Construction, etc.). **STANDARDS** * Update brand standards based on their strategic evolution, always ensuring annual delivery to operations according to the schedule set by the Seamless Customer Experience team. * Review and validate standard changes with Senior CUX Managers prior to annual communication. * Annually validate standard changes with the Head of Brand Development. **PILOTS – EXECUTION** * Primary responsible for pilot implementation and follow-up. * Develop a work plan for pilot implementation, tracking various stakeholders and continuously analyzing results. **VOICE OF THE CUSTOMER** * Analyze customer feedback to evolve our current offering. * Follow up and implement action plans to improve KPIs. **PRE-OPENINGS & RENOVATIONS** * Review and deliver hotel product briefing for renovation/opening projects. * Ensure correct brand, OS&E, and attribute implementation in new construction and/or renovation projects. * Support regional managers in opening processes and brand concept implementation. **At Meliá, we are all VIPs** *At Meliá Hotels International, we champion* ***equal opportunities*** *for* ***women and men*** *in the workplace, backed by leadership commitment and the principles outlined in our Human Resources policies.
