Job Summary: We are seeking a Services Assistant to perform basic maintenance and administrative operations, including logistics, correspondence handling, and minor repairs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Various facility support tasks We require a SERVICES ASSISTANT with experience in basic maintenance and administrative operations to carry out the following duties: * Storing and organizing materials in the warehouse or other center premises. * Moving and positioning furniture and equipment (tables, chairs, computers, coat racks, boxes, etc.). * Receiving, sorting, and enveloping correspondence (using an envelope-sealing machine). * Preparing delivery notes and tracking deliveries. * Reporting facility-related incidents. * Preparing orders: packing, labeling, and verification. * Receiving goods and verifying them against delivery notes. * Performing reprographic tasks and other similar administrative activities. * Basic garden and indoor plant maintenance. * Switching heating systems on and off, and operating alarm systems. * Performing minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, hanging pictures, etc. * Collecting and delivering documents to public or private institutions (town hall, courts, banks, etc.). * Collecting supplies from vendors, including office supplies, cleaning materials, light bulbs, etc. * Garden and indoor plant maintenance.
