The selected candidate, reporting to the Head Chef, will be primarily responsible for the following duties: * Perform basic preparations and other culinary preparations assigned to you. * Prepare dishes following departmental procedures. * Hygienize, disinfect, and prepare food. * Carry out cleaning tasks for visible machinery and facilities using the specified products. * Store and handle kitchen equipment, foodstuffs, and chemical products correctly. * Know the hygiene and sanitation regulations applicable in the area and related procedures.
