Qualifications * Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * 2–3 years of experience in FP\&A or financial analysis (preferably in complex environments). * Advanced proficiency BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). * Solid knowledge of accounting and USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) – mandatory * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Experience in hospitality will be highly valued * Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel and Power Point * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Detail\-oriented with a strategic and results\-oriented mindset
