We seek a recently graduated candidate or someone with limited experience, holding an FP qualification related to HVAC, thermal installations, plumbing, or maintenance, who wishes to build their career within our technical office. If you enjoy technical projects, working with construction documentation, and collaborating across departments, this may be an excellent opportunity for your professional development. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Interpret mechanical installation drawings and technical documentation. * Analyze HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system projects. * Perform measurements and quantify materials required for construction execution. * Prepare material lists and specifications for procurement and execution. * Identify potential issues or missing information in project documentation. * Coordinate with site managers and the procurement department to resolve technical queries. * Support optimization and control of materials required for each project. **What are we looking for?** * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training (FP) in refrigeration and HVAC systems, thermal and fluid system maintenance, plumbing, or related fields. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an asset, though prior professional experience is not mandatory. * Familiarity with installation materials—such as PPR, PEX, multilayer, steel, valves, and HVAC components—is also valued. **The company will provide specific training on materials, processes, and measurement preparation.** **What do we offer?** * Stable employment with a growing company. * Intensive and flexible working hours. * Professional training and development. * Involvement in large-scale projects. * A positive work environment and interdepartmental collaboration. * Salary commensurate with experience and expertise. **Location:** Santa María del Camí, Mallorca
