**What will we offer you?** Monday to Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Indefinite-term contract/Intermittent permanent contract. Fixed salary + Variable Work for a third-sector foundation whose core values include: supporting development, responsible citizenship, environmental commitment, sustainability, solidarity, transparency, integrity, and independence. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Carry out the logistics route, complying with traffic regulations and following the most agile and optimized routes. * Manually empty container contents and load them into the vehicle. * Unload collected goods at the facility, weigh them, sort waste, and correctly place goods. * Use the tablet as a work tool and record the kilograms collected from each container. * Maintain the good condition of clothing during collection. * Complete administrative records and tasks upon completion of the shift. * Perform container maintenance: identify deficiencies in containers located along the routes, and report such incidents to the responsible person. * Meet assigned productivity targets. * Ensure proper vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and functioning. * Report deficiencies in containers located along the routes and communicate such incidents to the responsible person. **What do we expect from you?** Your primary **mission** will be to collect products and deliver them to the facility, meeting the Foundation’s standards regarding route management and textile handling. **How do we envision you?** * If you have experience as a driver and consider yourself dynamic and accustomed to working in productive environments, apply! * A valid Class B driving license is required. * If you do not reside in Madrid and wish to apply for a position in another location, you must hold a forklift operator license and have access to your own vehicle to reach our facilities. * Experience in managing work routes and locations will be valued. * An organized and responsible individual with regard to work. **Are you interested in this professional challenge…? Currently, Humana operates over **5,000 containers** for textile waste collection, distributed across the autonomous communities of Andalusia, Asturias, Cantabria, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, Catalonia, Valencian Community, Galicia, and the Community of Madrid. Approximately 18,000 tonnes of used clothing are collected annually. **How do we do it?** Behind Humana Foundation Pueblo para Pueblo lies a non-governmental development organization that, through textile recycling and reuse, has promoted **environmental protection for over 30 years**, and implemented cooperation programs in Africa, Latin America, and Asia, as well as social assistance programs in Spain.
