A ARQUITECTE TÈCNIC GIRONA SLPU is seeking a **technical architect** eager to join a growing project specializing in building technical inspections, rehabilitation, and technical consultancy. The selected candidate will work in direct collaboration with the technical management team and actively participate in the development of projects and reports. Main responsibilities * Drafting of Building Technical Inspection Reports (ITE). * Site visits and on-site inspections. * Preparation of budgets and technical reports. * Coordination with contractors and other involved parties. * Support in rehabilitation and renovation projects. * Document management and administrative procedures. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction. * Knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE) and applicable regulations. * Proficiency in office software and technical applications (AutoCAD, CYPE, Excel, etc.). * Ability to write technical documents in Catalan. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally. Preferred qualifications * Prior experience in drafting ITEs or technical reports. * Knowledge of building pathologies. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative. * Interest in joining a small yet highly specialized team.
